1. Open to residents whose service agreement with ASAP Consulting GmbH (ASAP Living) is still running when the reward becomes due. Not eligible: employees of ASAP Consulting GmbH and of the property management companies, owners of the apartments, and commercial agents or relocation agencies.
2. A recommendation counts if the person is new to ASAP Living: not a resident or applicant within the last 12 months, not part of your household, and not moving within ASAP Living. The programme applies to private customers only: if a company, employer or relocation agency concludes the service agreement, both rewards do not apply.
3. Your friend names you personally when applying – in the tenant questionnaire or by e-mail to team@asapliving.de – and agrees that we inform you of the successful conclusion. We cannot consider names given after the service agreement has been concluded. If several people name the same person, the first one named counts. Please do not pass on other people’s contact details to us.
4. Both rewards become due once your friend has concluded a service agreement with ASAP Consulting GmbH, the withdrawal period has expired and the first full monthly service fee has been paid. We send your Amazon.de voucher by e-mail within four weeks. Your friend receives a one-time starting credit of 100 €, set off against their next service fee invoice; the agreed monthly service fee remains unchanged. The credit lapses if the service agreement ends before it is set off.
5. A recommendation must not depend on any payment or other consideration from the person recommended; otherwise the reward does not apply.
6. Recommend personally and refer to www.asapliving.de. Do not publish your own apartment listings or prices and do not send unsolicited messages. If you advertise publicly (e.g. social media), you must clearly state that you receive a reward for a successful recommendation. In case of violation, the reward does not apply.
7. No cash payment; the starting credit is set off exclusively against the service fee.
8. To process the programme we use your name, your apartment, the date of the recommendation and the name and contract start of the person recommended. We only tell you that the recommendation was successful – no contract or payment details. Records are kept for ten years under tax retention rules; recipient is our tax adviser. Details in our privacy policy at www.asapliving.de.
9. Any tax treatment of the reward is the responsibility of the recipient.
10. The organiser may change or end the programme for future recommendations at any time; recommendations already registered remain valid.
11. Amazon is not a sponsor of this programme. Amazon.de vouchers are subject to Amazon’s terms.

1. Teilnehmen können Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner, deren Servicevertrag mit der ASAP Consulting GmbH (ASAP Living) bei Fälligkeit der Prämie noch läuft. Nicht teilnehmen können Mitarbeitende der ASAP Consulting GmbH und der Hausverwaltungen, Eigentümer der Apartments sowie gewerbliche Vermittler und Relocation-Agenturen.
2. Als Empfehlung zählt, wer neu bei ASAP Living ist: in den letzten 12 Monaten weder Bewohner noch Bewerber, nicht in deinem Haushalt und kein Wechsel innerhalb von ASAP Living. Das Programm gilt nur für Privatkunden: Schließt ein Unternehmen, Arbeitgeber oder eine Relocation-Agentur den Servicevertrag, entfallen beide Prämien.
3. Deine Empfehlung nennt dich selbst bei der Bewerbung – in der Mieterselbstauskunft oder per Mail an team@asapliving.de – und ist damit einverstanden, dass wir dir den erfolgreichen Abschluss mitteilen. Nennungen nach Abschluss des Servicevertrags können wir nicht berücksichtigen. Nennen mehrere Personen dieselbe Empfehlung, zählt die zuerst genannte. Bitte gib keine Kontaktdaten anderer Personen an uns weiter.
4. Beide Prämien werden fällig, sobald deine Empfehlung einen Servicevertrag mit der ASAP Consulting GmbH abgeschlossen hat, die Widerrufsfrist abgelaufen ist und das erste volle monatliche Serviceentgelt bezahlt ist. Deinen Amazon.de-Gutschein schicken wir innerhalb von vier Wochen per E-Mail. Deine Empfehlung erhält ein einmaliges Startguthaben von 100 €, das mit der nächsten Rechnung über das Serviceentgelt verrechnet wird; das vereinbarte monatliche Serviceentgelt bleibt unverändert. Endet der Servicevertrag vor der Verrechnung, entfällt das Startguthaben.
5. Eine Empfehlung darf nicht von einer Zahlung oder sonstigen Gegenleistung der empfohlenen Person abhängig gemacht werden; sonst entfällt die Prämie.
6. Empfiehl persönlich und verweise auf www.asapliving.de. Veröffentliche keine eigenen Wohnungsangebote oder Preise und verschicke keine unerbetenen Nachrichten. Wenn du öffentlich wirbst (z. B. Social Media), musst du deutlich angeben, dass du für eine erfolgreiche Empfehlung eine Prämie erhältst. Bei Verstoß entfällt die Prämie.
7. Keine Barauszahlung; das Startguthaben wird ausschließlich mit dem Serviceentgelt verrechnet.
8. Für die Abwicklung verarbeiten wir deinen Namen, deine Wohnung, das Datum der Empfehlung sowie Namen und Vertragsbeginn der empfohlenen Person. Dir teilen wir nur mit, dass die Empfehlung erfolgreich war – keine Vertrags- oder Zahlungsdaten. Die Belege bewahren wir nach den steuerlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten zehn Jahre auf; Empfänger ist unser Steuerberater. Details in unserer Datenschutzerklärung auf www.asapliving.de.
9. Eine etwaige steuerliche Behandlung der Prämie liegt bei der empfangenden Person.
10. Der Veranstalter kann das Programm für künftige Empfehlungen jederzeit ändern oder beenden; bereits gemeldete Empfehlungen bleiben gültig.
